Routing weights
Controls candidate order before a request is sent to up to three contractors.
Paid placement can improve position among eligible contractors. It cannot hide ratings, erase a trust penalty, or override a suspended or invalid license. Paid results are labeled “Sponsored placement” on every consumer surface.

Multi-contractor delivery needs limits that protect both sides.
Default: send to the top three eligible matches, record the score and reason for each recipient, suppress duplicates, and stop further distribution when the consumer books directly.
Direct booking: only the contractor selected by the homeowner receives the booking. A scheduled appointment is never broadcast to multiple companies.
